RADIO-CANADA’S TREE OF HOPE RADIOTHON: A Premiere Event Year after Year

Moncton, Wednesday, November 7th, 2018 – Radio-Canada Acadie and the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital Foundation invite you to experience one of the greatest celebrations of the year! Radio-Canada's Tree of Hope radiothon will air live from the CCNB in Dieppe on Friday, November 30, from 9 am to 7 pm. It will be broadcast across the Atlantic Region on Radio-Canada Première.

The Tree of Hope campaign has raised close to $26 million since its beginnings in 1989.

In fact, did you know that the Dr. Léon-Richard Oncology Centre:
  • Treats more than 2,000 new cancer patients per year;
  • Administers 24,000 radiation treatments per year;
  • Administers 5,000 chemotherapy treatments per year;
  • Receives 60,000 patient visits per year.
